Ebb is an offline tide and solunar app for iOS made by Tundra Industries. By using it you agree to these terms — kept as short and human as we can make them.
Ebb's core is free. The one-time purchase ("Ebb — Offline Forever") unlocks everything, permanently, on the Apple ID that bought it. It is not a subscription and never renews — there is nothing to cancel. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under their standard terms; restore it any time on a new device with Restore Purchases.
Ebb is a fishing-planning tool. It computes tide and solunar predictions from NOAA harmonic data so you can plan a trip. It is not a navigation or safety product and must not be relied on for any purpose where an error could put you or anyone else at risk.

Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app.
If these terms change, the current version will always be at this address. Continuing to use Ebb after a change means you accept it.
